If you’re making plans for the future, you can make sure it looks bright with CAP. Leaving a gift in your will to charity will ensure your legacy brings light to the darkness for years to come.

If you’re looking to make a will, get in touch today. We’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network and Farewill to give you the chance to have your will written for free.

Fill in our form, and we’ll send you a free ​‘Gifts in Wills’ pack and put you in touch with one of our trusted partners. Through their expert will-writing service, they’ll help you write your will for free either in person, over the phone, or online with a local solicitor.*

There’s no obligation to leave a gift to CAP, but we hope you’ll consider doing so and help us continue the fight against debt and poverty in the UK.

Writing a will is the only way to make sure you have control over what happens to your money, property and belongings when you die. If you die without a will, the law decides who gets what.

It’s never too early to write a will. Having a will means you can make it clear what your wishes are, reducing stress for your next of kin and family at a difficult time.

If you have children under 18, writing a will is the only way you get to decide who you’d like to become their legal guardian.

Writing your will is also an opportunity to give a donation to a cause you care about.

You can write your will yourself, but it’s recommended you get help from a solicitor to write your will.

You need to get your will formally witnessed and signed to make it legally valid.

The average cost of writing a will starts from around £150. With our free will writing service, we can help you write your will for free.
