Leave a legacy of hope for the future
By leaving a gift in your Will to CAP, you’re helping local churches bring lasting change to individuals and families trapped in debt, poverty, and isolation. Your legacy will empower churches to provide expert financial support and bring hope through God’s love, creating brighter futures for many.
Every year, thousands of people break free from debt with CAP’s expert guidance, supported by local churches. Together, we transform lives by offering practical help, emotional care, and spiritual support.
How your gift makes a difference
A gift in your Will ensures that CAP’s life-changing support reaches those who need it most, now and in the future.

Writing a will is the only way to make sure you have control over what happens to your money, property and belongings when you die. If you die without a will, the law decides who gets what.
It’s never too early to write a will. Having a will means you can make it clear what your wishes are, reducing stress for your next of kin and family at a difficult time.
If you have children under 18, writing a will is the only way you get to decide who you’d like to become their legal guardian.
Writing your will is also an opportunity to give a donation to a cause you care about.
You can write your will yourself, but it’s recommended you get help from a solicitor to write your will.
You need to get your will formally witnessed and signed to make it legally valid.
The average cost of writing a will starts from around £150. With our free will writing service, we can help you write your will for free.

There are lots of debt organisations helping people, but none like CAP, who bring hope and a message that you’re not alone.
